Here is the text of the original letter I received, after adding my name to the list:

August 11, 1995

Dear Mr. Crevier,

Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding Green Bay Packer season
tickets.

Your name has been added to our waiting list for 4 tickets and your
priority number is 20143. As this is a continuous list, you will be
notified by mail as soon as we are able to furnish you with season
tickets in Lambeau Field.

If for any reason there would be a change in your address, please notify
our office.
