The simple instruction is to just select a name from the list and click on "Go". That's about it. However, it is helpful to know that when you click on any thumbnail image, it will take you to the full size version with a caption.

Also, the photograph database is fully cross-referenced. This means, for example, that if there is a photograph of Coach Holmgren counseling Brett Favre, that shot will appear when you select either name. This feature also allows me to use your browser's cache, so such a photo will only be loaded from the web site once; all subsequent views of the same photo will load much quicker than the first.
