When SEZ first went live, I whipped up some images myself using Microsoft Paintbrush in Windows 3.1. I was pretty proud of myself when I figured out how to get that 3D look for the border. Then one day I realized that my imaging skills lacked, um, well they lacked imaging skills. So started my quest to have someone who knows what they are doing give me a hand.

Though there have been many hours spent on this stuff, each person was gracious enough to work on this out of the goodness of their hearts (in other words, I didn't pay them). Also, you may note that in 1997, Jeff didn't actually create a whole new image. Instead we kept the same look but just added some marbling to fancy it up a bit.

This latest round of changes which went live on August 1, 1998 was a more involved process which actually started in the fall of 1997. Mike was not only charged with the task of making a cool graphic, he created a whole new identity for the South End Zone. The logo is his creation as are the buttons, the title graphics, the link images, etc. I have put together a page of logo designs that gives you a look into the process we went through.

The work that has been put into these images is a testiment to the dedication these people have to making an honest contribution to this worldwide web. I offer my sincere thanks to Jennifer Mosch, Jeff Oien, and especially to Mike Chylinski.
